Heart Gallery ID #171

Quincy is often described by others as being intelligent, kind, loving, funny, outgoing, and very independent. Quincy interacts well with adults and peers and is a true joy to be around. Quincy enjoys being active, playing board games, and especially loves puzzles. Quincy also likes to build and create things with his hands. Quincy has a great desire to become a part of a family and wishes to be adopted.

Quincy has had a chaotic childhood and is working on understanding his placement in foster care and the many changes that are occurring in his life. Quincy has worked with his counselor on verbalizing his feelings and using his coping skills when he becomes frustrated or anxious.

Quincy hopes to find a family who will love him unconditionally and will encourage him to reach his full potential. Quincy will need a family who will commit to him, guide him, and support him. Quincy’s new family will need to be able to ask gentle questions in a calm manner, listen quietly when he talks about his feelings and his past and provide a level of supervision and structure as he becomes familiar in his new surroundings. Hope you are ready to meet this creative and loving child, because he is waiting to meet you!
