Kalob wants his forever family to know that he considers himself to be a typical teenager. He is seen by others as very funny but knows his humor can come off as slightly sarcastic at times. He is a very likeable kid who easily engages others with his humor as well as his openness. Kalob doesn’t care where his forever family is located as long as they are good to him. He wants a family that will support him and love him unconditionally. He would like a family that has the time to spend with him as he feels he has missed out on having the affection/attention from caregivers. Kalob has 6 younger siblings, but they will not be adopted with him. However, Kalob would like a forever family that is open to continuing to allow contact and even visits with his siblings.
Kalob likes school and can be overly social while there. Kalob has been working hard on his physical self, as he has been trying to lose weight and be healthier. He will need a family that can help provide support and guidance when it comes to his eating habits. Kalob enjoys sports and has been recently playing basketball with other kids for exercise. He also enjoys playing video games and going to the mall with friends. Kalob needs a forever family that understands teenagers and can help guide him into a healthy adult.Watch Kalob's interview with Fox 17 News
