Heart Gallery ID #100

Jacob is an energetic young man with big, beautiful brown eyes. He enjoys listening to music and discussing current “pop” news. Jacob’s favorite foods are spaghetti, lasagna, and pizza, however his favorite restaurant is a Chinese restaurant.

Jacob can be sensitive and does not like to see others being treated unfairly. He has an easy charm and loves to sit and talk with adults. Jacob is an optimistic young man who needs a family that will encourage him to pursue social activities. He does well in a home environment and gets along with his peers.

Jacob needs a family that will continue to provide a lot of structure and patience. He needs a family that will commit to him and provide a nurturing environment in which he feels safe. Jacob also needs a family that can keep him active and help him pursue his interest. He is currently receiving counseling and is able to utilize positive coping skills. A family will need to be willing to participate in counseling with Jacob to assist his continued emotional growth.
